Email is sent to reply to your inquiry, to supply you with the tracking number for your shipment, and to notify you with transactional information. We only contact you by phone when you prefer phone communications.

New York Nihonto Owners Club is both an online shop and a community (the Club). Be aware that any personal information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by others, or could be used to send you unsolicited messages. New York Nihonto Owners Club generally does not remove content from community spaces, and your posts may remain public after you leave the Club.
